Curl up to the gas fireplace in winter, cool off in the air-conditioning come summer, and spend your evenings year-round playing games around the dining room table or piling on the sectional for movies on one of the six TVs. You’ll be able to walk to the gondola at Steamboat Ski Resort each morning and come home to a private laundry room for your gear and a jetted bathtub for your sore muscles. There’s an open kitchen where you can cook on stainless steel appliances and store your favorite bottles in the wine fridge. Spend summer afternoons grilling with a view of the mountains outside on the expansive deck and the winter months easily exploring Steamboat on the complimentary shuttle.

In the winter, you’ll have 18 ski lifts, 169 trails, and 2,965 acres of skiable terrain at your fingertips, including the gladed areas of Pioneer Ridge and Sunshine and Storm Peaks. Use the winter shuttle to reach the slopes or a variety of shopping, dining, and nightlife, or walk to Village Drive to find local restaurants and sores. When the summer sun is shining, you can take strolls through the Yampa River Botanic Park two miles northwest or ride your bike along the famous Yampa River Core Trail, a 7.5-mile paved path that runs through the heart of Steamboat Springs. Downtown, home to the Old Town Hot Springs and fantastic restaurants, is three miles north.
