High Pointe 2421 This lovely condo sitting on the fourth floor offers great views overlooking the lagoon-style pool and out over the horizon of the Gulf of Mexico. Pickleball courts and tennis courts are both on-site - a coveted and rare amenity in the area!
With a king-size bed in the main bedroom, a king-size bed in one guest bedroom, as well as two queen-size beds in the additional guest bedroom, this unit comfortably accommodates up to eight guests. The primary bathroom has been completely renovated for 2024. The kitchen was remodeled in 2025 and features all new appliances, making it a perfect space to prepare meals, while the well-equipped layout and beautiful dining table make family dinners a blast. The living area with casual furnishings offers an open concept with plenty of space for the entire family. The living room, dining room, and bedrooms boast new furniture as of 2022. Enjoy the amazing views of High Pointe from the private balcony.
The Merchants of Seacrest Beach is located directly across the street less than .2-miles from the resort and has several boutiques and restaurants. There are also plenty of ice cream, coffee, snack, jewelry and t-shirt shops there as well. One mile away are the shops of 30Avenue with several exquisite dining options. 10 miles east you will find Pier Park in Panama City Beach.
