This top-floor corner condo is a spacious and quiet welcoming retreat, featuring 3 bedrooms (king, king, 4 twins [bunks], 2 roll-aways), 3 new bathrooms, two balconies, large comfy sectional, fully equipped kitchen and smart TVs throughout.

Your vacation home has everything traveling families or groups need to enjoy a relaxing getaway at the beach. Enter the property through a private breezeway - the perfect spot for storing beach gear while also providing a furnished outdoor living space. Beach chairs, toys and a wagon are available for your convenience. Redfish Village’s location is ideal. An easy one-third mile walk/bike ride will take you to the private Redfish Village deeded beach access with gated restrooms. There is also a complimentary beach shuttle. Beach chair rentals are available through 30A Shade.
Looking for a break from the beach? Enjoy the many options at Redfish Village, including a resort-style pool (heated seasonally) and another smaller pool (heated year-round). There is also a playground for the kids. Enjoy the Ping-Pong table and seasonal lawn games while cooking poolside on the gourmet gas grills. Stroll on the boardwalk to Little Redfish Lake. An authentic resort feel awaits. The beaches of Blue Mountain are laid back and family friendly. 30A is bike, pedestrian, and golf cart friendly, too. The local Publix, Seaside, and Grayton Beach are less than five miles away.
As soon as you step inside, you’ll feel a warm welcome and notice the updated home offers a spacious kitchen, dining, and living area. The bedrooms each have an ensuite bathroom. The kitchen is well stocked with the appliances and tools needed for making family meals. Beautiful French doors lead from the living room and main bedroom to a spacious shaded balcony, which will quickly become your favorite spot in the home. This newly furnished balcony is a peaceful outdoor retreat the whole family will enjoy.
