As you enter the first floor’s open-concept living area, you are greeted by beachy decor in light and bright hues of blue and white. The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating, a TV with cable and a DVD player, a stereo with a CD player, and open shelving with a generous selection of DVDs and books. This home features a spacious layout of the house. From the living area, you can access the large screened porch facing the Gulf with plenty of seating and a dining table for four. Inside there is a farm style dining table that comfortably seats six. Entering the large kitchen, there is a breakfast bar for two and a center island. The well-equipped kitchen features lots of light and a door with direct access to the screened porch. This space looks out into the dining area and allows the chef to visit with everyone while preparing coastal feasts.
