Fish hard. Float freely. Bring the kids and the dog.
Welcome to The Redfish Palm — a spacious, multi-story coastal home on Palm Drive in Rockport’s Palm Harbor neighborhood, right on the water with a private dock. If you’re here to fish, you are in exactly the right place. The legendary Estes Flats — one of the most celebrated inshore fishing destinations on the Texas Coast — are literally a two-minute boat ride away. If you don’t have a boat, this property offers kayaks for you to use! Trophy redfish, speckled trout, black drum, and flounder aren’t going to catch themselves. Load up, push off the dock, and go.
When the rods are put away, the private pool is waiting. Whether that means a post-sunrise-float with something cold in your hand, a full afternoon of chaos with the kids, or a quiet evening swim under the stars, this backyard delivers. The home is big enough for the whole crew, with five bedrooms on three floors, a kids loft, 4 bathrooms, a playroom with ping pong and family games, a deck to sit and stare at the water, 2 kayaks, Blackstone grill, ample parking for the boat and the truck, a washer and dryer and outdoor shower if you need it!
The fully stocked kitchen is no afterthought. We’re talking everything you need to cook the fish you caught this morning — stainless appliances, generous counter space, all the right tools, and enough seating for the whole group. Fresh fish tacos for dinner after a great morning on the Flats? That’s not a vacation, that’s a highlight reel. After dinner just relax and play games or watch TV.
And when you want to explore, Rockport delivers. Texas’ first Blue Wave Beach is minutes away, along with Goose Island State Park (home to a 1,000-year-old live oak that absolutely earns the detour), the Aransas National Wildlife Refuge for world-class birding, the Texas Maritime Museum, the Fulton Mansion, a walkable arts district, and more great seafood restaurants than you’ll have time for. Redfish Palm is minutes away from the small town that keeps surprising you. If you want to go a little further Port Aransas, the free ferry, dolphin watching, 18 miles of beaches and the South Jetty is a short drive away!
Oh, and your dog is invited and dog beds and amenities are waiting for them. The Redfish Palm is proudly pet friendly, because a great vacation shouldn’t require a pet sitter. Bring them along — they’ll love the salt air and the dock almost as much as you do.
Come see why they call Rockport the Texas Coast Hideaway.
