This three-bedroom, two-bath condominium is the perfect addition to your next beach vacation. With a king-sized bed in the master bedroom, a queen-sized bed in the guest bedroom, a twin bunk in the bunk room, and a sofa sleeper in the living room, unit 310 sleeps up to eight guests comfortably. This quaint home away from home features homey décor throughout and has incredible views of the pool area and the breathtaking Gulf of Mexico from your own private balcony that allows for relaxing evenings watching the sunsets. The balcony is accessed from both the living room and master bedroom. Upon entering, you will find the bunk room immediately on your right, with the guest bathroom and queen bedroom on your left. The guest bathroom includes a single vanity along with a tub/shower combination. The short hallway leads to the fully-equipped kitchen, dining room area, and living room. The large kitchen has stainless steel appliances and perfectly equipt for all your entertaining needs. Also available is the stackable washer and dryer combination, for your convenience. The master bedroom is located directly next to the living room and leads to the master bath, boasting plenty of closet space along with double vanity, a large walk-in shower, and a separate garden tub, perfect for relaxing the evening away. Step out onto the large balcony and watch for the dolphins and listen to the waves crash on the sandy white beaches below.
