Queenstown’s airport is also located in Frankton 13 minutes walk from the home. - Getting Around This property is within walking distance of bus stops and has off and on-street parking available. - Getting Around The T&C’s for staying at a Property Manager will be sent to you before arrival. This property is located within a residential area. Please respect our neighbours by keeping noise to a low level at all times, especially between 8pm - 8am. As agreed by Queenstown Council, the following rules apply: No amplified sound/music is to be played from the outdoor living areas between the hours of 8pm - 8am. All outdoor living areas must be vacated between the hours of 10pm - 7am. The residents within the neighbourhood and the management company can call the council with a noise complaint if they have concerns between the hours of 10 pm - 7 am. - Guest Access Arrival instructions will be sent to you 48 hours prior to arrival.
