A great space to hire a hot tub to add an extra amenity for the colder months after a long day up the mountain.
Situated on Wilmot Avenue, this retreat offers easy access to the airport which is a 10 minute walk away or 2 minute drive. There is shops, eateries all a 10 minute walk away along with a supermarket for convenience. It is a 10 minute drive to The Remarkables entrance, so your ski days are seamless. Our favourite picks for this house is heading to Country Lane to walk through the shops and enjoy lunch or dinner at Sundays. For a morning activity it is a beautiful walk along the lake front to The Boat Shed Cafe.

Frankton is a peaceful area of Queenstown with fabulous views of Lake Wakatipu and easy access to the lake and beachfront areas. It has variety of shops, restaurants and supermarkets, making it one of the perfect and most convenient areas to stay. Queenstown’s airport is also located in Frankton 13 minutes walk from the home.

This property is located within a residential area. Please respect our neighbours by keeping noise to a low level at all times, especially between 8pm - 8am.
As agreed by Queenstown Council, the following rules apply:
No amplified sound/music is to be played from the outdoor living areas between the hours of 8pm - 8am.
All outdoor living areas must be vacated between the hours of 10pm - 7am.
The residents within the neighbourhood and the management company can call the council with a noise complaint if they have concerns between the hours of 10 pm - 7 am.
