All types of large vehicles and RVs are prohibited in the Park River West neighborhood. The Declarations limit parking on driveway bibs within and immediately in front of garages to two motor vehicles, defined as “cars or pickup trucks 3/4 ton or smaller”. Pickups using the industry designation of 250 or 2500 class or smaller qualify as ¾ ton for PRW purposes. The declaration bans all motorhomes or any type of recreational vehicle from the property. Large vans and trucks with 350 and 3500 designations are not permitted. This includes all Mercedes Sprinter and Dodge RAM models. If the vehicle has any sleeping arrangement or is built on a truck chassis greater than the 250 or 2500 class, it is prohibited. If a prohibited vehicle or number of vehicles is found at the property, the guest will be required to remove the vehicle promptly.
