The space
This modern, sunny home is designed for comfort and convenience, sleeping up to 8 guests across three well-appointed bedrooms:

There are two contemporary bathrooms, a main bathroom with both bath and shower, plus an ensuite off the master as well as a separate toilet. Both bathrooms feature underfloor heating and heated towel rails for year-round comfort.
The home offers three separate living areas, ideal for groups wanting space to spread out. A main lounge with a 75” smart TV and comfortable seating. A second lounge with its own smart TV, plus books, games, puzzles, and toys

The fully equipped kitchen includes a coffee pod machine and a large pantry with basic staples available for guest use. A separate laundry provides a washing machine, drying rack, and iron. Comfort is well covered with two heat pumps/air conditioners, a wood fire, and underfloor heating in both bathrooms.
Outside the covered deck features a large 8-seater outdoor dining table and enjoys the afternoon and evening sun — ideal for alfresco dining or unwinding at the end of the day. Small grassed areas provide a safe space for children to play.

Set in the peaceful Northlake neighbourhood, the home is just a five-minute drive from Wanaka town centre. Within easy walking distance you’ll find, Hello Ranger café/bar, Playgrounds and pump track, Tennis and basketball courts, On The Spot convenience store, Lakeside walking and cycling tracks, boat ramp, and lakeside sauna.
