Inside this beautifully-presented home you will find 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, 2 separate living areas, a large modern kitchen, heat-pump, gas fireplace, air-conditioning, WIFI, SKY TV, and internal double garage. Two of the bedrooms even get a glimpse of the lake. Once you arrive, you won’t ever want to leave. Please note – the outdoor fireplace is unable to be used. Bedding configuration is: Upstairs Bedroom 1: 1x King Bedroom 2: 1x King Bedroom 3: 1x Queen Downstairs Bedroom 4: 1x King Single + 1x Single Roll-away bed. House Rules and Information: Parking: off street parking space available for 2 vehicles Security Cameras: There are external cameras set up at the front and rear of the property for security purposes. Linen included – We are a holiday home management company who use professionally laundered linen & towels. Security Cameras: There are security cameras set up at the exterior of the property for security purposes. There are no cameras inside, or pointing at the outdoor sitting area. Cleaning – exit clean included in nightly rate. No parties, events or loud groups. Neighbours are very close and are to be respected at all times. This is a smoke/vape and pet free property
