Conveniently located only 3 minutes drive to Taupo Town Centre. This 4 bedroom home is ideal for families who want to get out for a day of exploring our beautiful town, and then sit back and enjoy the stunning lake-views at the end of the day. Regardless of the season, the heatpump/air-conditioning unit will keep you comfortable. The main level of the home consists of three bedrooms, one bathroom, kitchen, dining and living area. The dining area opens out onto the covered deck and BBQ area. The back yard is fully fenced. Room Configuration: Bedroom 1: 1 x King Bed - can be split into 2 x Single beds on request Bedroom 2: 1 x Queen Bed Bedroom 3: 2 x Single Beds Bedroom 4: 4 x Single Beds (This room is beneath the house and does not have internal access, so it will not be suitable for young children without an adult. This room has a TV.) The king bed can be split into 2x singles upon request - please ensure you let us know at least 7 days prior to your arrival, otherwise this will be a King bed. House Rules and Information: Parking: You are welcome to park in the driveway. As per the listing, the garage is not available to guests. This property is very close to the neighbours, and whilst there are multiple single-beds, we are only welcoming families, and quiet groups to enjoy the home. Strictly no loud groups, no paties and no events. Late night noise disturbances to the neighbours will not be tolerated. Security Cameras: There are security cameras set up at the exterior of the property for security purposes. There are no cameras inside, or pointing at the outdoor sitting area. Linen included – we are a holiday home management company who use professionally laundered linen & towels. Cleaning – exit clean included in nightly rate. This is a smoke/vape and pet free property
