Must check out: Old Florida Fish House (come at twilight hour for the best ambiance!) and Seagrove Village Market. - 3 min walk to Seagrove Beach Access - 5 mins to Seaside’s Central Square. It has everything you need for a peaceful getaway. With a spa-like ensuite bathroom featuring a jetted tub, walk-in shower, and dual sinks, you may never leave! It even has a crib for the littlest of family members to sleep in peace. - Next to the primary bedroom, also in the hall, is the laundry closet with full size washer and dryer. - Sweet dreams await in the next guest bedroom - this room features two Queen beds with cozy coastal decor. This room also features an ensuite shared bathroom with a walk-in shower. - Next up down the hall is the King bedroom featuring a private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. - Peek-a-boo! Kids will love these Twin over Twin bunkbeds (and truly the best hiding spot!) - The coastal designed living area will be THE place to be on your vacation. The open concept has a spot for everyone in the family to enjoy each other’s company, listen to the record player, or gather for ultimate ping-pong tournaments. Have the kids hang out in the kiddie corner with books and games for their entertainment! - Coffee lovers rejoice! Not only does the fully stocked kitchen have everything you need to enjoy meals in, but it also comes with 3 different coffee machine options to perfect your latte art! Sip on it with the additional seating right off the kitchen counter. Did we mention coffee is on us? - Gather round! The dining table seats 10, plus we offer a highchair as well. - Step outside to the balcony and soak in the salty air or fire up the grill! We’ve thoughtfully provided a crib, highchair, Pack ’n Play, and baby bath. - Beach Gear: We’ve got you covered - towels, chairs, and umbrella all provided. - Full size washer and dryer ✏️Other things to note: - This home can be rented as a single home or combined with the lower floor home as well. Both homes have completely separate and private entrances. - 2 cars will fit in the driveway to the left for Side A. - The word is out! 30A is one of Florida’s best vacation spots. Unfortunately, more visitors means less parking options. Additional parking spaces are the responsibility of the renter. We recommend looking into nearby storage facilities that offer long-term parking options in their lots. - The pool can be heated for $50/day. - Minimum age to rent the home is 25. - Apologies, no furry friends are allowed at the home. We appreciate your understanding on this. - Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. While it doesn’t happen often, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi or construction on 30A. We are not responsible for any disruptions to the Wi-Fi service or any construction that may affect your experience.
