Constructed on a massive 841 m2 block it was one of architect John Mainwaring’s original beach houses. Enjoy the way the circular design style of this home makes the most of its stunning north-easterly aspect. It captures ocean and forest views and refreshing sea breezes perfectly.
The home has high ceilings and plenty of natural light and ventilation. Its wrap-around decks that flow from interior living spaces encourage seamless indoor and outdoor living. It really does make the most of the subtropical climate.
The master suite is beautifully appointed with King bed, spa ensuite and walk in robe. The second bedroom has a King bed that can be split into 2 singles. The third bedroom has two singles and a trundle bed.
There is a well-appointed kitchen with all mod-cons and a spacious dining area for family meals together. An all-weather outdoor dining table is ideal for quiet and peaceful meals under the stars. The private, lagoon style pool is surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens.
All this and literally across the road from Noosa National Park, and close to the golden sands of patrolled Sunshine Beach. 1 Parkedge Road is an easy 5-minute stroll to the main Village. Here you’ll find a good selection of cafes, bars and restaurants. There is also a convenience store and retail outlets.
