It will then be the guest’s responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay. ➤ Just a heads up, guests can’t use the Owner’s closet 1st floor, but you will have access to the entire unit. Please make yourself at home. ➤ Two parking spot passes available. You can find extra parking at nearby stores. No commercial vehicles allowed – violators might get towed. Personal Vehicle: Most residents and visitors prefer using their own cars for convenience. The area features well-connected roads and ample parking facilities. Ride-Sharing Services: Services like Uber and Lyft are readily available, offering a hassle-free way to navigate the city and reach nearby attractions. Public Transportation: The local bus system provides routes connecting various parts of the city, making it a cost-effective option for travelers. Biking: The neighborhood is somewhat bikeable, with designated lanes and trails suitable for cyclists looking to explore the area at a leisurely pace. Walking: While the area is primarily car-dependent, certain spots like parks, local shops, and cafes are within walking distance, allowing for pleasant strolls. ➤ The property is equipped with both heating and air conditioning; however, we cannot guarantee that you will achieve a comfortable temperature if your preference falls outside the range of approximately 17 to 25 degrees Celsius. Additionally, due to the nature of short-term rentals, where guests may frequently come and go, we cannot promise 100% uptime, as some guests may inadvertently push the systems beyond their capacity, necessitating repairs. ➤ Unfortunately, I can’t offer a bag drop-off service.
