It will then be the guest’s responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay. ➤ Just a heads up, guests can’t use the closet in the entryway, but you will have access to the entire unit. Please make yourself at home. ➤ Two parking spot passes available. You can find extra parking at nearby stores. No commercial vehicles allowed – violators might get towed. Car: Easy access to major roads and highways nearby. Residential streets are well-connected and typically have ample parking. Convenient for commuting to nearby cities or attractions. Walking: Sidewalks and pedestrian-friendly paths throughout the neighborhood. Ideal for short trips to local parks, shops, and restaurants. Enjoy the tranquil surroundings and community atmosphere on foot. Biking: Bike lanes or quiet streets are suitable for cycling. Access to nearby biking trails or routes for recreational rides. Convenient for trips to locations not easily reached by public transport. ➤ My place does come with heating and A/C, but I can’t promise you’ll hit that comfy spot if your ideal temp is below 17 or above 25 degrees Celsius. And, you know how it is with short-term rentals – folks are always coming and going. So, I can’t guarantee a flawless run all the time because, truth be told, some guests tend to go overboard and push the systems to the point where repairs are needed. ➤ Unfortunately, I can’t offer a bag drop-off service.
