All roads are paved; however, in winter, they may ice over and become difficult to navigate. The property is approx. 3 hours from St. Louis and Kansas City, and a half-day drive from Nebraska, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, and Arkansas. Airports include Kansas City International and regional hubs in St. Louis, Columbia, and Springfield. Location Activities: Guests enjoy year-round activities throughout the Lake area. Guest Access: Guests have full access to the condo unit (1 floor above parking with elevator) and all Topsider community amenities, including pools, firepits, and dock access. Cancellation Standards: Any cancellation completed with a refund will have a 5 percent transaction fee for the processing of the refund. Therefore, the refunded amount will equal 95 percent of the transaction paid.
