Guests are responsible for providing charcoal • Wood-burning fireplace is not available for guest use • This property has paved road access and does not require 4WD. This will be added with the booking or shortly after depending on where you are booking through. • Pets must be on a leash when outside and pets cannot be left unattended outside • Pets must be crated/kenneled when left in the home alone • Pet waste must be picked up and disposed of • Owner shall provide and utilize a “cover” (i.e. blanket/quilt) should the pet get onto furniture • Excessive hair on furniture or bedding and/or not managing pet waste can result in additional fines Cancellation Standards: Any cancellation completed with a refund will have a 5 percent transaction fee for the processing of the refund. Therefore, the refunded amount will equal 95 percent of the transaction paid.
