GETTING TO THE PROPERTY From Nice Airport: approximately 30 minutes by car via the A8. From Cannes train station: 5 minutes by car or 16 minutes on foot. Need a transfer? WHAT’S IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD The apartment is located in the central Palm Beach district, only 3 minutes’ walk from La Croisette and its beaches, between Rue d’Antibes and Port Canto. The location offers direct access to Cannes’ iconic spots while remaining convenient for daily life. - Public and private beaches: 3-minute walk. Check-out by 11 AM and check-in from 4 PM (flexible depending on our availability; please let us know if you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, and we will accommodate whenever possible). Check-ins can be in person until 7 PM. Late check-in available until 10 p.m. upon request and for an additional fee. Outside of these hours, check-in is only possible via key box. All key boxes are located on the front of our premises at 85 Avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys must be collected from this address for all key box check-ins.
