This magnificent apartment features the following arrangements:

GETTING TO THE PROPERTY
Access to the property is within 9 minutes on foot or 3 minutes by car from the Vallauris/Golfe-Juan train station.
It is 30 minutes by car from the Nice Côte d’Azur airport.

After a few steps, you can leisurely walk down to the beaches of Golfe-Juan via a passage that we will indicate to you.
Within a few minutes walking distance, you will be able to enjoy the following activities:
- Reach the center of the town of Golfe-Juan, with its restaurants and shops for your daily needs.
- Stroll along the harbor and either admire the luxury yachts or rent a boat for a day at the sea.
- Take a sea shuttle ride, or rent a boat yourself, to go explore the magnificent Lerins islands and enjoy their turquoise waters and picturesque views.

- The many famous beaches in Cannes.
- The iconic Croisette Boulevard, for a stroll along the waterfront between luxury boutiques, palace hotels and fine-sand beaches.
- Downtown Cannes, to do some upscale shopping along the trendy Rue d’Antibes or Rue Hoche, or explore the medieval Le Suquet district.
- The city of Antibes to discover its old part of town, its harbor and its famous Cap d’Antibes seafront.
