THE APARTMENT The apartment features the following floor plan: - A beautiful living room that includes : - A lounge area with a convertible sofa and a smart TV. - A dining area for 4 people and the open-floor kitchen, fully-equipped with everything you’ll need during your stay. - A terrace facing South-Southeast, furnished with a dining table for 4 people. - A bedroom with a queen size bed, a desk and a closet/dressing. - A shower room. - Separate toilets. GETTING TO THE PROPERTY Access to the property is within 15 minutes by bus from the train station or 8 minutes by car. It is 30 minutes by car from the Nice Côte d’Azur airport. Need a transfer? WHAT’S IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD After a few steps in your street, the Rue Ricord Laty, you’ll be able to enjoy the following activities within less than four minutes on foot: - Reach the Mouré Rouge beach and either go for a swim or have a cocktail or meal at an outdoor restaurant. - Enjoy the quaint village atmosphere of the Palm Beach district while shopping for your daily needs like the locals (butcher shop, bakery, pharmacy, grocery store, post office...) - Leisurely stroll along the Croisette seafront and take a ride on the Carrousel or race remote-controlled boats. And within less than 10 minutes by car: - Visit the iconic Palais des Festivals. - Board a train at the Cannes station to visit other jewels of the French Riviera, such as Antibes, Nice, or Monaco. - Do some upscale shopping on the Rue d’Antibes. OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION Free street parking is available in the same street as the apartment and there is the Mouré Rouge public parking within less than 3 minutes on foot. Household linen provided (sheets, towels, bath mats, dish towels…) Daily essentials provided on arrival (shower gel, shampoo, coffee, water…) Concierge service at your disposal throughout your stay. Check-out by 11 AM and check-in from 4 PM (flexible depending on our availability; please let us know if you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, and we will accommodate whenever possible). Check-ins can be in person until 7 PM. Late arrivals are available until 10 PM upon request and for an additional fee. After these hours, check-ins are only possible via key boxes. All key boxes are located on the facade of our premises at 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys should be collected from this address for all key box check-ins.
