Finally, you will love its beautiful 38 m² terrace, the perfect spot for having dinner or other relaxing moments. GETTING TO THE PROPERTY Access to the property is within 13 minutes on foot from the train station, or 10 minutes by bus. It is 5 minutes by car from the Cannes train station. WHAT’S IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD After a few steps down your street, the Avenue Isola Bella, you will be able to: - Enjoy the Montfleury district, featuring a quaint “village” ambiance and neighborly boutiques to do your shopping for your daily needs (bakery, pharmacy, wine store, florist, grocery store…) - Head to the center of Cannes via the famous Rue d’Antibes, reachable within 5 minutes on foot. - Take a leisurely stroll along the Croisette seafront, within a 10-minute walk. PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION There are bus-stops at the foot of the apartment building, with buses going by every 6 to 8 minutes. OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION Free parking is available in the same street as the apartment and there is a parking lot within the property grounds. Household linen provided (sheets, towels, bath mats, dish towels…) Daily essentials provided on arrival (shower gel, shampoo, coffee, water…) Concierge service at your disposal throughout your stay. Check-out by 11 AM and check-in from 4 PM (flexible depending on our availability; please let us know if you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, and we will accommodate whenever possible). Check-ins can be in person until 7 PM. Late arrivals are available until 10 PM upon request and for an additional fee. After these hours, check-ins are only possible via key boxes. All key boxes are located on the facade of our premises at 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys should be collected from this address for all key box check-ins.
