The living room and all three bedrooms are air-conditioned, and each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. Two bedrooms enjoy direct access to the pool terrace. The master bedroom offers elevated ocean views from the second floor and has a rooftop lounge area made for sunbathing. FLOORS - Ground Floor: Main entrance, living room, dining area, kitchen, laundry, pergola, two bedrooms, garden, outdoor living area, and swimming pool. - Mezzanine Floor: One bedroom, sun deck, and atrium space. CAPACITY & EXTRA BEDDING - The entire villa can accommodate 6 adults. - Extra bed is available at USD $50++ per person per night. Only one (1) additional bed can be arranged for this property. LIVING AREAS There is an open-plan indoor living, dining, and kitchen area with L-shaped sofa and air conditioning. The outdoor poolside living area has sofas, sunbeds, and BBQ facilities. ENTERTAINMENT High-speed WiFi throughout and a 43" Android TV. There is also a sound system. KITCHEN & DINING - Equipped with Oven, microwave, coffee machine, refrigerator, freezer, rice cooker, blender, juicer, toaster, stove top, and dishwasher, as well as essential cooking tools, cutlery, and drinking glasses. - The outdoor dining area can sit up to 8 persons. - A chef is available on request (extra charge), experienced in cooking Western, Chinese, and Asian cuisine, as well as vegetarian and children’s dishes. Special requests can be accommodated, including strict diets. All meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) can be arranged in advance. We also provide a chef shopping service and a pre-arrival shopping service with the following rates: Grocery bill + 25% of grocery cost as handling fee and subject to 7% VAT. Provisioning is to be paid by cash on site or by credit card. WELLNESS - The villa has a sauna and an ice bath. - Yoga mats are available on request and yoga lessons can also be arranged at extra charge. - In-villa treatments are available at extra charge and a nearby gym is available at extra charge. FACILITIES - The villa has safety deposit boxes, hairdryers, and universal adapter. - Wake up call service available upon request. - Restaurants nearby the area provide free shuttle (Air Bar, Island View Restaurant, Sunset View Restaurant, and others). - Guests staying at The Headland Villa 4 can enjoy access to The InterContinental facilities at a discounted price. - With a connecting pathway to The View, The Headland Villa 4 guests are also able to use The View’s facilities for THB 3,000++ per day if they have family or guests staying at The View. PARKING Sufficient shared parking space is available for 4 to 5 cars. FOR FAMILIES - Children under 2 years old can stay for free when sharing existing bedding with parents. - A baby cot/high chair is available for free upon request. - An additional baby cot is charged at USD $10++ per unit per day and an additional high chair is charged at USD $5++ per unit per day. - Babysitting service available on request at extra charge. POOL AREA - Measuring 9.6m x 2m x 1.7m; Shallow end for kids - The pools are set to normal temperature - There are two sunbeds with umbrellas and an outdoor sofa - Pool towels are provided. SERVICES AT AN EXTRA CHARGE - Private Chef service included. In-villa shopping at THB 300 or 25% of grocery cost (whichever is higher) + 7% VAT; and pre-arrival shopping at THB 650 or 25% of grocery cost (whichever is higher) + 7% VAT. - Complimentary return airport transfer for stays of 5 nights or more. - Additional airport transfer service is available upon request (extra charge). - Spa treatments, massages services, and additional yoga sessions are available upon request (extra charge). - Tours and activities such as art and cultural excursions, cooking lessons are available upon request (extra charge).
