Coastal-inspired décor, warm wood accents, and calming neutral tones create a welcoming atmosphere throughout the villa. The dining area and fully updated kitchen provide everything needed for preparing meals at home, including quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry, and bar seating for casual dining. Sleeping accommodations at 113 High Hammock Villas include 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The primary bedroom features a king bed, private balcony access, and an ensuite bathroom with double vanities and a beautifully updated walk-in shower. The guest bedroom also offers a king bed and convenient access to the full hall bathroom. A sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional flexibility for families or small groups. Seabrook Island Club Amenity Access is Included! Additional user fees may apply at the amenities on the island. Pool Access: Two oceanfront, community pools at the Seabrook Island Beach Club. Indoor* and outdoor pools at the SIPOA Lake House. *Amenity access is required to enter the Lake House, and additional fees apply for usage of the indoor pool. Daily, weekly, and monthly passes are available. Beach Access: A short walk or bike ride to the beach. Pet Policy: Two (2) small dogs with a maximum weight of 35 lbs. each is permitted.
