MORE INFO
Legacy Collection Home: This home is part of the Property Manager Legacy Collection, a celebrated group of St. Simons Island’s original beach cottages. Built in the 1930s and 1940s, these homes have been thoughtfully restored to preserve their historic character while offering modern comforts and preserving the architectural charm that makes them unique. What makes these cottages special are the features that can’t be replicated in new construction—unique floor plans, original architectural details, cozy room proportions, and the charm that comes from decades of island history. As with any historic home, guests may notice differences from a newly built property. Rooms may be smaller, floors and walls may show the character of age, and the layout may reflect a different era of coastal living. Rather than the perfection of a new home, these cottages offer an authentic St. Simons experience filled with warmth, personality, and timeless appeal. If you appreciate history, character, and coastal nostalgia, we invite you to enjoy this special home.
