Your stay includes free access to Ideal Beach Resort, giving you private beach entry, pools, hot tubs, parks, and more. Explore ATV trails, take a short 15-minute drive to Beaver Mountain Ski Resort for prime sledding, snowmobiling, and skiing. Soak, explore, and unwind together—this modern home offers easy comfort and unforgettable moments for all.
This spacious 3-bedroom, single-level home sits on a large lot with no neighbors right on top of you—just quiet mountain views, starry skies, and the true Bear Lake feeling.

The living room has a large tv with plenty of seating, along with views that let you enjoy the view of the turquoise blue lake! The walk-out to the patio leads you to the deck, where you will find a private hot tub, barrel sauna, BBQ, and outdoor propane fire pit!
Ideal Beach Resort:
This home includes a pass to ideal beach. Ideal Beach Resort includes many amenities including, private beach access, parks, hot tubs and pools for the whole family. NOTE: Ideal Beach’s pools and hot tubs are only open from memorial weekend to labor day weekend. The private Hot tub is open year round.
PARKING:
We created our driveway with you in mind. Room for multiple vehicles, a boat and all your toys.
Guests have full private access to the entire home, hot tub, sauna, patio, and all Ideal Beach Resort amenities. Located in the Sweetwater Golf Course Community. Rural vibes, some of the best views of the lake, and 8-10 minutes to Garden City shopping. You will undoubtedly see turkeys, deer and, if you are lucky, a moose or two!
WINTER ADVISORY: Roads are plowed in the late fall, winter and early spring, but we recommend an AWD vehicle as weather conditions can change quickly.
