This beautiful 3-bedroom, 2-bath retreat sleeps up to 10 guests and offers stunning river views, a private dock, and two included kayaks—perfect for paddling, fishing, or soaking up the peaceful surroundings right from the property. With year-round recreation just outside your door, Pelican Roost delivers an unforgettable Island Park getaway in any season.

Guests have full, private access to the home, attached garage, dock, hot tub, fire pit, and all outdoor spaces.
Please note: This home is equipped with window AC units located in the upstairs bedrooms, where it tends to be the warmest. There is no central air conditioning.
*Roads are plowed but we HIGHLY recommend an AWD or 4WD vehicle during Fall, Winter and Spring months.
The two closest major airports are Bozeman, MT and Idaho Falls, Idaho. There is also a small West Yellowstone Airport.
