The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need—from a Keurig and KitchenAid mixer to a waffle iron, griddle, and ice maker—making meals easy and fun to prepare. Downstairs, the family room is a hub for entertainment, complete with arcade games and space for everyone to hang out.

The large deck overlooks the lake and features a Blackstone grill, outdoor dining, and even an Ooni pizza oven so you can enjoy homemade pizza night with a view. After a day of fishing, boating, or exploring Yellowstone just 21 miles away, soak in the hot tub or warm up in the sauna for the ultimate relaxation.
Guests will have full access to the home, including the garage. The large driveway provides plenty of parking, and directly across the street you’ll find an oversized parking area commonly used by snowmobilers to park and ride from—perfect for trailers or larger vehicles.
You’ll have a unique code for easy self check-in. We’re just a message or call away if you need anything during your stay, but otherwise the lodge is all yours to enjoy.
Wild Skies Lodge sits in a peaceful spot overlooking Henry’s Lake, just a couple minutes from a public dock. The nearby South Shore Boat Access offers an undeveloped boat ramp, primitive camping, excellent fishing, and a wildlife-viewing platform where you can often spot birds and local animals. With Yellowstone National Park only 21 miles away, the location makes the perfect base for both relaxation and adventure.
The lodge is best reached by car, with a full garage and large driveway for parking. Directly across the street, there’s an oversized parking area where snowmobilers park and ride from, making it convenient for trailers and larger vehicles. In the winter months, a 4x4 or AWD vehicle is recommended for safe travel.

We highly recommend a 4-wheel drive vehicle with high clearance during the winter and shoulder months, as roads can be snowy, icy, and unpredictable. Stay safe and enjoy your adventure!
*Note: Some homes in this area may experience a slight discoloration in the water due to naturally high iron content—this is normal for the region. This home is equipped with a water filtration system, including a softener, a sediment filter, a UV light, and a carbon filter. Some guests choose to use bottled water for drinking during their stay in Island Park, which is totally fine and a common preference.
