The home offers three bedrooms and three bathrooms in total, providing comfort and privacy for all guests.
Bedroom 1: King bed with private en-suite, featuring a shower and bath.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed with private en-suite, featuring a shower.
Bedroom 3: Double bed with exclusive use of the downstairs bathroom with a shower over the bath, located just outside the bedroom.
Kitchen and Living Space:
Designed for both connection and relaxation, the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare and enjoy meals at home. The expansive open-plan living area is thoughtfully arranged with multiple seating zones, perfect for slow mornings with coffee or unwinding in the evening with a glass of wine while soaking in the ever-changing alpine views. Guest Access:
Arrival instructions will be sent 48 hours prior to arrival.
Interaction:
We will be available to answer any questions you may have prior or during your stay. The Tahuna Team will also be on call for any urgent needs after 5 pm.

With scenic walking and biking trails on your doorstep and the town centre only a short drive away, it’s the perfect base to experience the best of Queenstown while enjoying space and serenity.
Getting around:
Queenstown’s CBD is a short 5-minute drive away. Local buses and taxis are readily available. Guests with vehicles can enjoy the convenience of off-street parking.
Other things to note:
There is a separate tenanted unit on the ground floor with its own private entrance — no areas are shared.
The T&C’s for staying at a Property Manager will be sent to you before arrival.
This property is situated in a peaceful residential area. We kindly ask that you respect our neighbor’s by keeping noise to a minimum at all times, particularly between 8:00 pm and 8:00 am.
In accordance with Queenstown Council regulations, the following rules apply:
No amplified sound or music is permitted in outdoor living areas between 8:00 pm and 8:00 am.
Outdoor living areas must be vacated between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am.
During the hours of 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, neighbor’s or the property management company may contact the council to report any noise disturbances or concerns.
