Guest Access: Arrival instructions will be sent 48 hours prior to arrival.  Interaction: We will be available to answer any questions you may have prior or during your stay. The Tahuna Team will also be on call for any urgent needs after 5 pm. Neighborhood: Kelvin Heights is a beautiful and peaceful area located in Queenstown, offering stunning views of Lake Wakatipu, the Kawarau River, The Remarkables, Coronet Peak, and the surrounding mountains. These breathtaking views can be enjoyed along the main Peninsula Road and the neighbouring streets throughout the area. At the end of the peninsula sits the renowned Queenstown Golf Club, proudly positioned on the Kelvin Heights peninsula. The area also features scenic public walkways and cycleways, lakeside sculptures, local historic sites, and a popular sheltered beach and boating area, making it a wonderful place to relax and explore. Getting Around: There is off-street and on-street parking available. The closest bus-stop is a 10 minute walk and the water ferry stop (Bay View) is a 20 minute walk or quick 3 minute drive. Other things to note: The T&C’s for staying at a Property Manager will be sent to you before arrival. This property is situated in a peaceful residential area. We kindly ask that you respect our neighbor’s by keeping noise to a minimum at all times, particularly between 8:00 pm and 8:00 am. In accordance with Queenstown Council regulations, the following rules apply: No amplified sound or music is permitted in outdoor living areas between 8:00 pm and 8:00 am. Outdoor living areas must be vacated between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am. During the hours of 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, neighbor’s or the property management company may contact the council to report any noise disturbances or concerns. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping maintain a pleasant environment for everyone in the neighborhood.
