These two modern wine-country homes are just minutes apart, offering a combined total of 6 bedrooms and room for 13 guests—a perfect setup for families, retreats, and groups wanting space to spread out while staying connected in the heart of Paso Robles.
Together, the homes place you among the golden hills, rolling vineyards, and scenic backroads that make Paso Robles such a loved destination. You’ll be close to boutique tasting rooms, farm-to-table restaurants, and the well-traveled Highway 46 and Highway 41 corridors. Whether your group is planning vineyard tours, quiet mornings outdoors, or evenings sharing local bottles over sunset views, this pairing gives you seamless access to it all—plus two fully equipped kitchens, two outdoor dining spaces, and plenty of room to relax.
Shimla Syrah:
This bright single-story home features an open-concept layout filled with natural light and modern comfort. Shimla Syrah sleeps up to 8 guests across three bedrooms:
- A primary suite with a queen bed and ensuite bathroom
- A second bedroom with a queen bed
- A third bedroom with a twin-over-double bunk
A second full bathroom adds convenience for groups.
Bombay Chardonnay:
Perched on a hillside with sweeping vineyard and ridgeline views, Bombay Chardonnay offers a warm, airy setting for gathering and unwinding. The main living area is bright and inviting, with soft neutrals, comfortable seating, and a seamless connection to the dining area and fully equipped kitchen.

Bombay Chardonnay sleeps 8 guests across three bedrooms:
- A primary king suite with ensuite bathroom and walk-in shower

Home Truths:
- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without Property Manager’s approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Please note that a groundskeeper lives on the property.
- There are two vacation rentals on the property in close proximity. If both units are occupied, guests may cross paths and share the driveway and outdoor areas.
- The property is located in a rural area, and there are no street lights on the road leading up to the home.
Parking Details:
- The property offers parking for 8 vehicles.
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at Property Manager than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We’ve enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.
