Property Manager proudly presents Highfield, a wonderful character-filled cottage with gorgeous views over the village and surrounding countryside. The cosy log burner and bubbling hot tub make Highfield the perfect place for a seaside break at any time of year.
Highfield is only a 10-minute walk to Saundersfoot village boasting an award-winning beach, picturesque harbour and wonderful array of cafés, shops and pubs. Highfield is also perfectly located for exploring the best of Pembrokeshire's diverse beaches, historic castles and family attractions– most of which are within a 25-minute drive.
Saundersfoot offers a true beach town vibe, with a pretty harbour, family-friendly beach, as well as lovely local cafes, restaurants and shops. Just a few miles away, Tenby, with its iconic colourful harbour, medieval town walls, and award-winning beaches you will find a gorgeous blend of culture and sea air. Both towns are connected by the scenic Pembrokeshire Coast Path, making it easy to explore their beauty on foot while soaking in some of the best views in Wales.
Pembrokeshire offers a perfect mix of adventure and relaxation, from ancient castles to wildlife-rich islands, sandy beaches and the Pembrokeshire Coast National Path, the only coastal national park in the UK, where dramatic cliffs, hidden coves, and scenic walking trails stretching for miles.
The nearby towns of Narberth, Amroth or a bit further afield St David's, the smallest city in the UK, can be easily reached by car, if you feel like a change of scenery.
Tucked away from the road yet conveniently close to town, Highfield combines tranquil surroundings with easy access to seaside enjoyment throughout the year. Surprisingly spacious, the cottage reveals far more room than first impressions suggest, unfolding as you wander through each thoughtfully arranged space.
Kitchen
The spacious, well-equipped kitchen has everything you need for a self-catering holiday, including a large Cookmaster oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, air fryer, coffee machine, dishwasher, and more. There’s plenty of space to prepare relaxed holiday meals with family and friends. Between the kitchen and dining area, a comfortable breakfast bar provides the perfect spot to enjoy a quick bite before heading off to the beach.
Dining Room
The dining area offers plenty of space for everyone to sit, eat, and enjoy time together, with a dining table seating up to 10 guests. A wall-mounted TV provides the option for background music or catching up on the morning news while you enjoy your meals together.
Bedroom 1
Located downstairs just off the kitchen, is a well-decorated bright and spacious twin bedroom, featuring two single beds, a chest of drawers, and a fitted wardrobe.
Bedroom 2
Just off the dining room, you will find a charming double bedroom with a cosy country feel. It offers comfortable furnishings including hanging space, bedside drawers, and a lovely cottage-style dressing table.
Shower Room
Located just opposite the downstairs double bedroom, the shower room features a pristine walk-in shower, heated towel rail, toilet, and wash hand basin.
Snug
After a delicious meal in the dining area, wander into the “Snug” and sink into the huge, comfy L-shaped sofa—perfect for movie marathons on the wall-mounted surround sound TV. Feeling competitive? Grab a dart for a game of darts or a board game and let the friendly battles begin!
Hallway
Stepping out of the dining room, you enter the hallway, which still showcases the original, charming floor tiles. Just beyond, the front porch offers a handy space to hang coats and leave shoes or sandals ready for your next adventure—whether you’re exploring Saundersfoot, its beaches, nearby villages, or local attractions.
Bath & Shower Room
Halfway down the hallway lies a bathroom with a touch of sparkle—a chandelier sets the mood for a luxurious evening soak or a refreshing dash under the rain shower. With a toilet, wash basin, and clever drawers to hide all your cosmetics and toiletries, it’s both practical and delightfully charming—perfect for adding a little magic to your holiday routine.

Hidden just inside the bath and shower room is a little utility nook, keeping the washing machine, tumble dryer, clothes rack, iron, and ironing board out of sight but ready for action—so you can quickly freshen up your holiday wardrobe and get back to the fun of your holiday!
Bedroom 3
Downstairs, a king-size bedroom awaits with breathtaking countryside and village views—perfect to admire while lounging in bed or sat in the cozy chairs by the bay window. With plenty of hanging space, drawers, and a radiator mantel beneath a large wall mirror, getting ready for a fun-filled day at the seaside feels effortless.
Living Room
This light and airy, country-style living room features a warm, welcoming fireplace with a working log burner. Two large, comfortable sofas make it the perfect spot to relax with family and friends—whether watching TV, reading, or sharing stories and laughter. Beautiful countryside and village views fill the room through the glass windows and doors, which lead seamlessly into the conservatory.
Conservatory
The conservatory is the perfect place to sit back while taking in the breathtaking views all around. Relax and enjoy the countryside scenery—a peaceful spot to unwind and soak up the beauty of the surroundings.
Upstairs Bathroom
Heading upstairs, you’ll find a bathroom with the delightful bonus of countryside and village views from the bathtub—completely private, so you can sit & relax in the tub without being seen. The room also features a heated towel rail, wash basin, and toilet for your convenience.
Bedroom 4
One of the two upstairs king-size bedrooms is full of charm, with sloping ceilings, a cozy king-size bed, and plenty of hanging and drawer space. A tall wall mirror and dressing table make getting ready a delight, while the bedroom chair by the window lets you pause and admire the views. Peek out of the skylight, and you can even spot the sea and Pendine shimmering in the distance.
Bedroom 5
The second upstairs king-size bedroom also features the charming sloping ceilings, a cozy king-size bed, ample hanging and drawer space, and a dressing table with mirror. From the small front window or the skylight above, you can enjoy long, distant views—catch a glimpse of the sea and Pendine sparkling in the distance.
Outside Area

There is enough space for two cars to park on the driveway at the back of the property.

Two well-behaved dogs are welcome. If you are bringing your furry friends, you have to check out Pembrokeshire’s dog friendly beaches.
Please note, a refundable damage and good-housekeeping deposit of £200 is required when staying at this property.
