ATTENTION: This house doesn’t have a hot tub, the water flows into the pool so the temperature from the jets or jacuzzi area is going to be the same. The jets are just air injected by a blower, so the pool will be warm but not hot. Important message: We clean the pool weekly and check the BBQ propane regularly with or without guests in our home. If you want to be notified of the date we will go to do the inspection, please let us know so we can avoid an inconvenience for both parties. BBQ Grill - Patio with alfresco dining and BBQ grill (let us know in advance if you plan to use the grill; we must apply a USD75 fee to cover the cost of setup and cleaning) PARKING - Parking available in designated areas in front of the house. Per resort regulations, this home accommodates up to 4 registered vehicles. Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis and must be in designated areas only. Please adhere to these rules to avoid towing, fines, or denied entry. PERMITTED VEHICLES: Please note that the resort does not allow commercial vehicles, U-Hauls or moving trucks, trailers, RVs, buses, or oversized vehicles. Only standard non-commercial passenger vehicles are permitted. SHIPPING POLICY - All deliveries can be done via private carriers such as Federal Express and UPS as well as USPS. Guests must use the property address for door delivery. The resort does not receive, store, or hold packages on behalf of guests. VALET TRASH PICK-UP - Door-step collection begins after 11 AM - 7 days a week. Please bag and tie all waste – loose items are a safety hazard and will not be collected. Do not include needles or other sharp objects. Please breakdown all cardboard boxes. PARTY/EVENTS - No parties or loud activities are permitted. If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges, and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, our community patrols will contact the authorities and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY. There’s a dining table on the patio or a dining table inside where you will enjoy great family memories.
