Arrival is through a peaceful olive grove, passing a small traditional chapel and authentic Cretan cooking area before opening onto a dramatic panorama of reef and golden shoreline.
The architecture combines natural stone, wood and soft earthy tones to create a calm, elegant atmosphere inspired by barefoot coastal living. Every interior space is oriented toward the sea, and the villa spans approximately 600 square metres with air conditioning, WiFi, cable television and modern amenities throughout. Nine carefully designed bedrooms provide generous accommodation. One bedroom is wheelchair accessible with a double bed and ensuite bathroom. Two adjoining bedrooms share an ensuite bathroom and are ideal for families, offering one double bed in one room and three single beds in the other. Another bedroom features three single beds and its own ensuite bathroom. The remaining five bedrooms each include a double bed and an additional single bed, private ensuite bathrooms and direct access to the beach, with some enjoying private pergolas. Outdoor living is central to the experience. An infinity pool merges visually with the sea, surrounded by shaded pergolas, built-in seating and multiple alfresco dining areas, as well as a barbecue and private parking. A tennis court within the estate is available with advance booking. With minimal light pollution, evenings reveal exceptional stargazing. The villa is suitable for families, events and guests requiring accessible features, and daily housekeeping is included six days per week with weekly linen and towel changes, pool maintenance, a welcome basket and meet-and-greet service. Additional services such as a private chef, transfers, vehicle hire, yacht charters, tours, spa treatments, villa pre-stocking, extra cleaning and private security can be arranged at extra cost.
