Villa Aurivisa is a refined hillside retreat overlooking the bay of Chania, positioned just 800 metres from the Cretan coastline among traditional villages and offering sweeping sunset views that create a peaceful atmosphere for a truly restorative stay. Designed for privacy while embracing panoramic scenery, the property accommodates up to eight guests across three elegant double bedrooms and a dedicated cinema room with a convertible sofa bed. Expansive terraces and balconies frame the landscape, while a large private heated infinity pool appears to merge seamlessly with the horizon.
The interior centres around a bright open-plan kitchen and living space with generous seating, satellite television and a spacious dining area, complemented by a guest toilet. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, an en suite shower room and access to both shared and private balconies through wide sliding doors. A second king bedroom with en suite shower room can be arranged as twins if required and enjoys its own private balcony. A staircase leads to the lower level where a further king bedroom with en suite shower room opens directly towards the pool terrace, creating an effortless indoor-outdoor flow.
Outside, the villa offers a generous living area furnished with luxury sunbeds and designer lounge seating. A fully equipped outdoor kitchen beside the pool includes a charcoal barbecue, sink and refrigerator, while a large pergola-shaded dining table with an integrated heater allows for comfortable alfresco meals into the evening. The infinity pool is heated on request for an additional charge. Air conditioning, WiFi, cable television and a washing machine are provided throughout.
A welcome pack is included on arrival, along with midweek cleaning and linen change, pool and garden maintenance, and a baby cot and highchair if required. Additional services such as private chef experiences, transport, vehicle hire, yacht charters, excursions, spa treatments, pre-stocking, extra housekeeping and private security can be arranged at extra cost. Pets are not permitted. A refundable security deposit and any applicable local taxes or heating supplements may apply depending on the final booking terms.
