Designed and built by SURF Coastal Homes, every detail has been intentionally selected to create a space that feels both luxurious and welcoming. With three king suites and a private bunk area, this thoughtfully designed home comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests and is ideal for multi generational gatherings. Perfectly positioned near the lake, park, and community amenities, the home offers scenic views, exceptional design, and an effortless indoor outdoor flow that defines coastal living.
AMENITIES: At ‘South,’ resort-style pools include adults-only Cabana Pool with infinity edge, hammocks, and views of South Town Lake; the Splish Splash Family Pool with splash pad; intimate Neighborly Square Pool; and Glow Pool & Fitness Center. Convenient Coastline Grill within the Family Pool offers casual poolside drinks and a family-friendly menu. Parks beckon with green space and playscapes, while multiple lakes are dotted with piers and fishing pavilions. Visit the new Seascape Sport Courts for pickle ball and basket ball. You also can access amenities at Cinnamon Shore North: more pools, lakes, yard games, on-site restaurants, and Town Center fun.
MAIN LIVING SPACE: The main living area is designed for both gathering and relaxation, featuring soaring stained pine ceilings and a light filled, open layout. A spacious sectional, swivel chairs, and upholstered accent seating create an inviting place to unwind, while direct porch access allows indoor and outdoor living to blend effortlessly.
The kitchen and dining area are a true highlight, designed to accommodate large groups with seating for up to 16 guests, including six at the island and ten at the dining table. GE Café matte white appliances pair beautifully with custom finishes, while a separate beverage and wine fridge adds convenience for entertaining. A fully stocked coffee and tea bar offers a dedicated space for morning routines, while curated details like custom wallpaper, tile, and lighting elevate the entire experience.
SLEEPING QUARTERS: Star Spangled Summer features three king suites, each with a private ensuite bathroom and its own balcony or porch access, offering peaceful retreats for every guest. Two suites are located upstairs, including a stunning primary with vaulted cupola ceilings, while one king suite is conveniently located on the main level.
The bunk loft includes four Twin XL beds and its own private bathroom with double vanity and a tub and shower combination, making it perfect for kids or additional guests. This space also features a balcony overlooking the lake, adding to its charm and functionality.
GREAT FEATURES: The home is filled with thoughtful extras designed to enhance every stay. A game table and video gaming area provide entertainment for all ages, while board games and books are stocked throughout the home. Outdoor living includes a back porch with grill and dining space, as well as front row access to Sundown Court, where cornhole and twinkling string lights create the perfect evening gathering spot.
Sustainable features include Energy Star certification for improved comfort and indoor air quality, a gray water irrigation system, and smart Frame TVs throughout the home.
