Seventy-two hours prior to arrival, you will receive a Welcome Packet with the gate access instructions and your personalized door code. Self Check-In This home is self-check-in. There is no lobby or in-person greeting. Starter Supplies As this is a self-catering home, guests are responsible for their own shopping during their stay. A complimentary starter supply is provided for the first day only and will not be replenished: • 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom • 1 travel-size hand soap per bathroom • 1 travel-size shampoo per bathroom • 2 garbage bags per bin • 1 paper towel roll • 2 dishwasher pods • 1 dish detergent • 1 sponge Basic kitchen essentials such as pots, pans, plates, cups, and silverware are provided. Seasonings, condiments, coffee, and tea are not supplied. No Smoking Policy This is a strictly non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the home or outside on the patio, balcony, or resort grounds associated with the property. Violation of this rule will result in additional cleaning fees and possible penalties. Security Gate Policy Each driver must present a valid ID at the gate.
