BEDROOM:
The bedroom has a queen-sized bed topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. It also has plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage.
BATHROOM:
The bathroom has a shower, and a toilet. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, and body wash. You will need to re-stock depending on usage frequency and length of stay.
KITCHEN:
You can use the kitchen if you’re craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay you will have access to the following:
- fridge/freezer
- stovetop
- oven
- crockery and cutlery
- dishwasher
We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays.
LIVING ROOM:
The living room features a projector with Chromecast. Note that we don’t provide YouTube, and other online streaming platform subscriptions, so you will have to use your own account.
LAUNDRY AREA:
A washer and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board.
PARKING:
The residential garage can accommodate one car. Paid street parking is available on the slip road in front of the building and along Mort Street.
COMMON AREAS & AMENITIES:
You will have access to the building’s rooftop, garden and courtyard.
The common areas are managed by the building management and can be closed without prior notice to owners. We try our best to get the most accurate information to update the listing description as much as we can. In this regard, please check for building announcements at the time of your arrival to confirm the availability of common areas.
Check-in details will be sent two days before your arrival. Access codes will be provided 4 hours before check-in to keep your booking secure.
Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Losing the key set or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a minimum of $355 charge.
Your keys are offsite @ 23 Lonsdale St, Braddon - 300 metres from the property.
I am available mostly through booking platform messaging but I give privacy to my guests. If there is an urgent issue, you can always call me.
