BEDROOM: The bedrooms have queen-sized beds topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. They also have plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage. BATHROOM: The bathrooms have shower and toilet. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, and body wash. You will need to re-stock depending on usage frequency and length of stay. KITCHEN: You can use the kitchen if you’re craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay, you will have access to: - fridge/freezer - stovetop - microwave - oven - crockery and cutlery - dishwasher We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast, such as milk, coffee, and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays. LIVING ROOM: The living room has a 55" Samsung smart TV which you can use to access your Netflix and YouTube accounts. Note that we don’t provide Netflix, YouTube, and other online streaming platform subscriptions, so you will have to use your own account. LAUNDRY AREA: A washer and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board. PARKING: The parking garage includes one designated space and additional free street parking for your convenience. COMMON AREAS & AMENITIES: You will have access to the building’s Fully Equipped Gym, Games Room, BBQ Area, and Common Garden / Courtyard throughout your stay. The common areas are managed by the building management and can be closed without prior notice to owners. We try our best to get the most accurate information to update the listing description as much as we can. In this regard, please check for building announcements at the time of your arrival to confirm availability of common areas. Check-in details will be sent two days before your arrival. Access codes will be provided 4 hours before check-in to keep your booking secure. Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Losing the key set or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a minimum of $355 charge. I am available mostly through booking platform messaging but I give privacy to my guests. The closest bus stops are along Canberra Avenue and Stuart Street, offering frequent routes operated by Transport Canberra. STRATA NOTICE: Inaccessible Window & Balustrade Clean Commencing 15 July External window and glass balustrade cleaning will take place from 15 July for approximately 2 weeks (weather permitting). Contractors may be visible abseiling outside the building between 8:30am–4:00pm, Monday to Friday. Please expect minor noise or disruption during this period.
