Welcome to Ocean Dunes located in beautiful Myrtle Beach, SC! This is ocean view resort, so not only will you enjoy the view from your balcony but it will only take a few minutes to get down to the beach. Our condo is comfortably and completely furnished with many of the luxuries of home! Each stay includes towels, linens and a complimentary starter set of toilet paper, shampoo, and conditioner, however, we encourage guests to bring additional supplies. The unit is perfect for a couple or small family beach retreat. Parking: Easy access private parking lot/garage. You will have 2 parking passes to hang on your rear view mirror. The HOA asks that no guests have golf carts, motorcycles, trailers, RVs or boats in the parking lot. Entry: Complex Elevator Available! Self check-in with keypad. No front desk required. Please be advised that there is a ring camera. Living area: Beautiful Views! Kitchen: Stocked with many amenities. Bedroom 1: King bed. Bedroom 2: Queen bed. Bedroom 3: Two queen beds. Bathrooms: 3.5 bathrooms. Great perk! Balcony: Private balcony with an unobstructed view. Beach: Walk a few minutes over to the beautiful shoreline. Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels/trash bags provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay. Washer/Dryer: Private machines in unit. Pool: Guests will have access to an outdoor pool (April-October) Guests will have the condo to themselves (other than locked owner drawers/closets) along with an outdoor pool (April-October). 2 parking passes are provided for your stay. Ubers, Taxis, Lyfts, etc. are also readily available in our area. PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, elevators, hallways, stairwells, pools, parking lots, grounds, etc. Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay. Routine pest control through the HOA occurs on the 3rd Tuesday of each month. On the day of service, a technician will need access to the property in order to complete the treatment, and we kindly request that guests allow entry. You will be notified a few days prior to the scheduled visit. Please note that if access is not provided, a fine of up to $250 may be applied to the reservation. Please be advised that a building-wide drain fly treatment will take place starting April 15, 2026. The treatment will be carried out in phases, with approximately three floors serviced per week. Work will begin on floors 1–3, followed by floors 4–6 the following week, and will continue in this pattern until all floors have been completed. Per HOA rules, there is no smoking of any type or use of any tobacco products within 30 feet of the building. By the HOA guidelines, we kindly ask that the booking guest needs to be at least 25 years of age or older with identity verified through the booking platform ADDITIONAL NOTES: 1. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement and upload a valid government ID that matches the name of the booker on the agreement. If the form is not signed or the information does not match the reservation, the reservation may need to be canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy. 2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other party must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both parties fully agree to those terms.
