You will be just five miles to the Kimball Junction area with its restaurants, grocery, shopping and more, or a 15-minute drive to the ski resorts and Park City’s Historic Main Street with more shopping, restaurants and vibrant night-life. It is also walking distance to two parks, a splash pad and community access to the rail trail, or a short mountain bike ride to Round Valley for trail access.
This brand-new luxury townhome features three levels with 2,200 square feet, and has three bedrooms (each with an en suite bath), three and a half bathrooms and all the space needed to sleep up to six guests in true comfort.
You will enter the home through garage and step up a flight of stairs to the main level great room offering living room, kitchen and dining area. This area is open and bright with high ceilings.
Living Room: This spacious area features a comfy sectional sofa, Smart TV, and an electric fireplace.
Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped and offers Samsung stainless steel appliances, including double ovens and a gas stove top, and center island with bar seating for three.
Dining Room: The dining area has seating for up to six, and access to the balcony where you’ll find a natural gas BBQ grill and lovely surrounding views.
