Inside this recently renovated building, you will find two panoramic apartments, accessible by a modern elevator.
The first floor hosts an apartment developed on a single level, with two spacious bedrooms and private bathroom, a large living room and two balconies that offer a direct view of the sea and Forte Vigliena. The kitchen, equipped with a fully equipped island, completes the welcoming atmosphere. In addition, there is an internal terrace for the exclusive use of guests, furnished with garden furniture and plants that, on hot summer days, offer shade and refreshment.
Upstairs, you will find a suite with two bedrooms and a private bathroom, a large living room, an equipped kitchen and a private terrace from which you can admire the island of La Maddalena up to the suggestive scenery of the wavy Plemmirio.

Please note that this property is managed by Dimore in Sicily, which requires the signing of a rental agreement pursuant to Articles 1571 et seq. of the Italian Civil Code. This includes registration of the documents required for issuing the invoice. These documents are used exclusively to fulfill tax and public safety obligations, as required by Italian law. A 4.0% tourist tax per person, per night, is payable upon check-in, for a minimum of 1 night and a maximum of 7 nights. A security deposit is also required to cover any damage to the apartment.
