Located in the heart of the Luberon, "Le domaine de La Colline", house with 6 bedrooms, high with a 360 ° view. Enjoy the infinity pool, heated to 28C, a length of 15m x 6m, cicadas, sun, nature ... It is possible to organize a late check out depending on availability, and on request. Do not hesitate to ask me if necessary. Set within an expansive estate of over 5 hectares, the house features 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (3 with showers and 1 with a bathtub), including 2 en-suites. The heated infinity pool is equipped with a secure rolling cover. Please note that there is no fence around the pool, as shown in the photos. The kitchen is fully equipped with induction cooktops, a Miele dishwasher, blender, KitchenAid oven, food processor, large Samsung refrigerator with ice and crushed ice dispenser, Nespresso machine, washing machine, and separate dryer. There is also a professional Hoshizaki ice machine located outside under the awning, so you’ll never run out of ice for your cocktails or ice bucket! So enjoy! The garden, completely redesigned in June 2020 and filled with olive trees, surrounds the house. A pétanque court, tucked away in the olive grove, awaits you at aperitif time! A TESLA Wall Connector is available to charge your vehicle—free of charge! The air conditioning is in all the bedrooms and the living room, except in the two small bedrooms on the ground floor. Once the keys are given, guests have free and total access to the house. All equipments, appliances and small household are at your disposal to feel like home ! Having a car is mandatory and the bike rides are fantastic! The nature set very beautiful in Luberon: vineyards, olive trees, cherry trees, lavender fields, etc. Finding the house is not easy but if you follow our directions you will find it super easily :) When cool days arrive, the pool temperature cannot be 28 or 30C when it is 8C outside. The pool is only heated if the outside temperature is 20C. We are the last on the power line. Also, there may be slight power drops , especially in the evening. That’s the countryside !
