Wraparound verandahs, French doors and soaring ceilings frame sweeping 270-degree views across Port Phillip Bay to the Melbourne skyline, creating a sense of theatre and romance from every room.
Days unfold like a private seaside retreat. Float in the infinity-edge pool as the bay stretches endlessly before you, unwind in the spa as yachts drift by, or host long, champagne-filled afternoons in the expansive alfresco terrace. A striking glass-fronted pool pavilion with bar and ensuite offers a glamorous setting for sunset cocktails, intimate celebrations or private wellness sessions. A flood-lit tennis court, manicured gardens and open lawns complete this rare resort experience.
Inside, the home is richly appointed with marble fireplaces, parquetry floors, crystal chandeliers and elegant living spaces designed for both quiet moments and grand entertaining. The master suite is a sanctuary unto itself, featuring breathtaking water views, dual dressing rooms and indulgent marble ensuites with a spa bath. Four additional guest suites, including a ground-floor retreat, each enjoy their own ensuite, ensuring privacy and five-star comfort for every guest.
Perfectly secluded at the end of an exclusive cul-de-sac, yet moments from Mount Eliza Village, world-class wineries, beaches and golf courses, this iconic waterfront estate is just 45 minutes from Melbourne CBD.
