The main living floor — your second level — is where everyone tends to land: an open kitchen fully stocked with everything you need to cook, a dining table big enough for the whole crew, a bright and comfortable living room, and two decks where the Gulf views have a way of stretching out a conversation long past sunset. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee.
