Just off the kitchen, the dining area seats six, making it easy to gather, connect, and plan the next day’s adventures.Park Station Lodge features two comfortable bedrooms, each with a king bed, along with two full bathrooms, providing privacy and comfort for up to four guests—ideal for couples, friends, or a small family.Located near Park City’s Old Town corridor, you’ll be minutes from Main Street’s restaurants, shops, and galleries, with convenient access to Park City Mountain, Deer Valley, and miles of scenic hiking and biking trails. Whether you’re visiting for ski season, summer festivals, or fall color, Park Station Lodge places you right where you want to be—close to it all, yet comfortably tucked away when it’s time to unwind.Property Manager provides an upscale experience with services that elevate your stay and save time so you can enjoy every moment. Guests have access to a 24/7 support team and a tech-enabled concierge to book services, such as fridge stocking, mid-stay cleanings, and private chefs. Park City - Utah’s most famous ski town - offers big adventure within a small, charming community. Winter sports enthusiasts flock here for great powder, while the Sundance Film Festival in January attracts industry names and fans of indie cinema. What sets Park City apart from other ski towns is its summers that are just as special as winter peak season. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without Property Manager’s approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.- Please note that there is no washer or dryer inside the unit. Shared, paid laundry facilities are located on the 4th floor, behind the elevator, within the same building.- Please note that only one (1) access fob is provided for entry to the common areas and pool, and one (1) parking pass is provided for guest use. These items must be returned prior to check-out. Failure to return or loss of either item will result in a $500 replacement fee per item.Parking Details:- Guests are provided with one (1) key fob for public areas and one (1) parking pass.- You may park in any unreserved outdoor space located in front of the building or across from the parking garage. Please display the parking pass at all times.- Lost or unreturned fob or parking pass will result in a $500 replacement fee.This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.There is nothing more important to us at Property Manager than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We’ve enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.
