The pool technician accesses the area through the backyard gate - Not heated pool - - The land keeper will go once a week - - Security cameras - For safety purposes we have 2 cameras installed in the front door facing the front yard and In front of the garage facing the cars, this will be recording 24/7 for security purposes not inside the house to keep your privacy. - Please note: Any violation of the house rules will cost the security deposit, and it will be non-refundable. - The garage is remodeled as a Game room. This home features a garden and is located in a suburban area. Although our pest control team services the property regularly, occasional encounters with outdoor insects or wildlife may occur, which is normal in residential neighborhoods in Texas.
