Guests have full access to the entire property, including all living areas, bedrooms, the screened-in pool and patio, and the laundry room. The only exception is the locked room directly across from the laundry room, which is reserved for host storage and not available for guest use. Thank you for your understanding! Guests can get around easily by walking, biking, or driving. The neighborhood is quiet and walkable, with stores and restaurants nearby. For beach trips or exploring the area, a car, or a rideshare service is needed. There’s plenty of space for parking right in the driveway, making it hassle-free for guests with vehicles. Air Mattress Available Upon Request: If your reservation includes 10 guests, we’re happy to provide an air mattress to ensure everyone has a comfortable place to sleep. Just let us know in advance through the OTA app so we can have it ready for you! If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week’s notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored. A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay: -For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout. -For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.
