It will then be the guest’s responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay. ⮞ The pool is heated at 85°F, it can be topped to 90°F for an extra charge of $30 upon request. ⮞ Touching the pool heater panel without authorization will result in a $500 fine. ⮞ The guest will have access to the entire property and pool. Please, make yourself at home. The location is very walkable! :) ⮞ Unfortunately, we can’t offer a bag drop-off. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use bagbnb to find options to drop off your bag for a fee. ➤ The property does have both heating and A/C but we don’t guarantee that you can reach a comfortable setting if you’re preferred temperature is outside of the range of about 65 - 75 degrees Fahrenheit. Additionally, given the nature of short term rentals, with people being in and out constantly, we can’t guarantee 100% uptime as unfortunately some guests will occasionally push the systems beyond their capacity requiring repairs. ➤ I am not responsible for lost packages. If a package arrives at the property while you’re away it will be returned to sender. Please make sure that if you are ordering a package you will physically be there to receive it as I will not be able to track it for you.
