Pool/Jacuzzi are both open from 7am and closes at 6pm. ➤ We provide 6 bath towels for the apartment. You are free to use the laundry facilities on the 14th floor or we can provide extra set for $10 per towel. ➤ Private one bedroom apartment with private parking included. Please note that although there is one parking spot. Other things to note Brickell has become the best place to stay in Miami. It is only 20 minutes away from every major place of interest. Additional Rules Guests must get approved by the condo association. They need to fill out an application together with a government issued id. Process takes 24 hours and costs $50 dollars (included in the fee). Coronavirus: The Condominium is only accepting first responders which are: Displaced residents or visitors Persons unable to return their home due to COVID-19 impacts on travel Healthcare professionals First responders National Guard members Law enforcement State or federal government employees Airline crewmembers Patients’ families Journalists Others responding to COVID-19 Persons who must vacate their homes due to exigent circumstances, such as fire or flood Persons utilizing hotels as transitional living arrangements Persons sheltering in hotels due to domestic violence Hotel employees, service providers, and contractors Individuals who, for any reason, are temporarily unable to reside in their home ➤ The property does have both heating and A/C but we don’t guarantee that you can reach a comfortable setting if you’re preferred temperature is outside of the range of about 65 - 75 degrees Fahrenheit. Additionally, given the nature of short term rentals, with people being in and out constantly, we can’t guarantee 100% uptime as unfortunately some guests will occasionally push the systems beyond their capacity requiring repairs. ➤ Packages and mail : The concierge only accepts it during the time of your stay. The package is fine as long it is under the name of the primary guests during the registration/ the guests staying in the unit. Letter mail is not permitted, only packages. ➤ Please note that in this residential building, T-shirts and shoes must be worn at all times, and a respectful dress code is required in common areas.
