I have a smartlock in which I can send access to if additional guests require access. ➤Fobs: You can get a digital fob from the building office on weekdays from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Just download the ’Conekt wallet’ app and pay a one-time fee of $10 for your entire stay. You can leave your luggage at the front desk between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. for only $5 per item. This is a first come, first serve service, and it’s not always guaranteed to be available. Personal car, UBER, Lift, or even public transportation are accessible around the area. The building has easy access to the Miami Metrorail at the Brickell Station, as it is located within walking distance of the Financial District Metromover station. You will be in the middle of the city! Anything that you may need is walking distance.
